Tom Colding Born in Ottawa, Canada, May 11th 1963 Moved to Oslo, Norway, 1964 Musician, Arranger, Producer
Started as a drummer at age 12, and traveled with top 40 bands
all over Norway from the age of 17-20.
Lived life on the road, until entering Berklee School of music at age 20, on a music scholarship.
Studied music as a drum major at Berklee from 1984-86.
Returning from the states, he traveled with “Cris Candy” on tour, until leaving the band under a cloud the year after.
Tom started producing music himself, and the name “Fake World Studios” was born.
Tom has worked as a studio musician and producer for a range of different artists, such as:
Leif Ericson, Freepax, Nemlig Hemlig, Superskill and Sigvart Dagsland.
Tom was producing, using the pseudonym “Tom Bombadil», two albums for the technogroup “Superskill”;
Late night science in the laboratory of body science, and Superior.
He arranged music and traveled with Sigvart Dagsland,remixing and re-arranging the artists most famous songs.
Working with Cato Kyvik he composed and arranged jingles for television and radio, and played conserts at large venues in Oslo.
Tom composed Original music for the Motion picture “Sebastian” from the team ; Wam & Vennerød in 1995.
As a musician he arranged and produced parts of the album “Destination ÆØÅ with famous remixer and art-guru Lord Bored (Bård Torgersen).
In 1999 Tom ended most collaborations to pursue his own career as a singer songwriter.
In November 2019 “I truly hate Christmas” was released, showing a new and dark side to the “wonderful” Christmas Celebration.

Tom´s latest song “She can hear Hank Williams sing” was released August 10th 2021.
